The story follows an talented Jewish artist from Flatbush, whose family name is actually Diamond. According to previous reports, singer-songwriter Neil Diamond-Then will be played by Will Swenson, who most recently appeared in the Off-Broadway revival of Assassins. Neil Diamond-Now will be played by Mark Jacoby, talented performer Robyn Hurder as Marcia, while Linda Powell is cast as the Doctor.
The creative team comprises Acclaimed director Michael Mayer, highly acclaimed Anthony McCarten, and Olivier Award-winning choreographer Steven Hoggett.
